Lifetime Achievement Award
Hamilton Sparta was awarded "The Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Hamilton and Dictrict S.A. at the 2004 AGM at Boston Pizza on Upper James. Receiving the award for the Sparta was club President Harry Poree. The achievement awards were given to clubs for contributing over 25 years of service to the local soccer community. Hamilton Sparta is one of the oldest clubs in the city of Hamilton over 38 dedicated years to youth soccer and senior soccer. The Club was founded in 1965 by the late Mr.Dennis Zimmer and grew from a club that had only one senior men's team to a club that today fields youth boys and girls teams as well as senior womens teams.

Sparta Receives Award!
Hamilton Sparta was one of a few soccer organizations in the Hamilton and District to receive "The Hamilton and District Soccer Association Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented to the Club "For the countless hours of dedication and commitment in the building and development of youth soccer within the Greated Hamilton Area". Receiving the award on behalf of Hamiton Sparta was Club President Harry Poree.
Hamilton Sparta has been working with the local soccer community for over 38 years. Hamilton Spara was founded in 1965 by our founding member Mr.Dennis Zimmer. Sparta & Sisters of St. Joseph

Hamilton Sparta's own John Bremnar was presented with the "All Sports Award" in recognition of his outstanding commitment to Hamilton Sparta and the local Hamilton sporting community over the years. John retired from active participation in the Sparta Executive in 2002 after serving the Club for over 30 years as a player, coach, director, secretary and president. Well deserved honour John! Hamilton Sparta's Bob Magee was honoured at the Annual General Meeting of the Hamilton and District. Bob was awarded a "Sparta Members Honoured" award for the many years he has worked with the soccer community throughout Hamilton and the Province. The presentation was a total surprise to Bob, the audience showed there appreciation by give Bob a well deserved stand ovation. Presenting the award to Bob is Hamilton and District President Al Carriafiel9. Don Clowse from the Glanbrook Youth Soccer Organization was also presented with an award from the Hamilton and District.
