Note: Teams are responsible for payment of  Travel Permits. The Hamilton and District will bill the club at the end of the season at which time the fees will be taken from you team accounts. Please remember when submitting a completed AFT a copy MUST be sent to the H&D for approval and the Club Registrar.

What is the difference between a Temporary Registration Permit (TRP) and a Trial Permit? How long are they valid for?

A Temporary Registration Permit (TRP) is a permit that is used when a team wants to borrow a player who is registered with another club. A club executive member from the club the player is registered with must sign the TRP. A trail permit is valid for the game stated on it. The TRP can be used for three league games or one tournament. A player is allowed three TRP's a season.

A Trial Permit is a temporary registration for a player who isn't registered anywhere. The trial will allow the player to play two games within a fifteen-day period. The player will also have to have a valid player book to go with the trial. A player is allowed two trials a season and isn't allowed to use the two trials with the same club. The player must sign the trial permit.
